Getting someone to switch banks isn’t super easy and normally not very fun. But Umpqua is not a normal bank and they created a simple way to change bank accounts with a switch kit. So we Umpquatized the concept of moving banks. In malls we placed switch kit vending machines for a refreshing change of bank. And we created bank account moving trucks that were on occasion parked across from their competitors.
